Your First Anal Experience
Most people find that anal sex is a tremendous tool to enhance their regular sex activities. In a majority of cases, the
actual anal sex is used in conjunction with a variety of other sexual activities and positions. A little anal
stimulation is almost always welcomed during oral sex (try using your finger around and even in the anus while you
are performing oral sex with your mouth).
For your first anal experience, make sure you have a good lubricant. If you hope to eventually insert
a condom, make sure that lubricant is water based. If you're only using your tongue/fingers/toys, you'll
find that an oil based lube works best with the least mess. Also, you'll want to have a paper towel or
rag handy just in case.
Make sure both partners shower or thoroughly wash the anus with warm, soapy water. If possible, a bowel
movement 2-3 hours prior to anal sex is recommended.
Anal Activities on a Man
While performing oral sex on a man, try stimulating the perenium (the area between the
base of the scrotum and the anus) first, as almost all men enjoy this. Work your way down to the anus and begin
circling the outer rim of the anus. If all goes well, slowly insert your finger up to your first knuckle. Keep
a close eye on your partner to make sure he's enjoying it. Proceed slowly. Depending on the man, you may
only be able to get one knuckle deep before he's uncomfortable, or you may find that he enjoys an entire finger (or
two - or three). During orgasm in a man, the perenium and the anus become highly charged orgasmic
centers of pleasure. Each man is different, but if you locate his "sweet spot" down there, you can give
him intense, lasting orgasms. If you can find the prostate (about 2 inches deep), many men enjoy
stimulation here.
Anal Activities on a Woman
Women enjoy anal sex for different biological reasons then men. In a woman, the nerve centers of the
vagina and the anus share several common walls and paths. When stimulated together, women can
experience enhanced pleasure and extremely intense orgasms. Double penetration (simultaneous
insertion into the anus and vagina) has become popular because the two shafts are seperated by only
a thin wall which is loaded with sexual nerve endings. When the shafts collide, those sexually
charged nerve endings send wave after wave of pleasure throughout the body. Women also enjoy
